Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) and ScaleHealth have joined forces to launch an exciting new quality-focused innovation design challenge. The collaborative effort aims to foster cutting-edge solutions, enhance healthcare and promote healthy conditions in the Inland Empire region.
IEHP, one of the most prominent Medicaid health plans in the United States, is committed to healing and inspiring the human spirit through optimal care. In partnership with ScaleHealth, a health innovation marketplace with a global reach, IEHP seeks to leverage data-driven technology and connect with healthcare startups and innovators worldwide.
The design challenge focuses on crucial aspects of healthcare with a significant impact on community well-being. Participants are encouraged to propose innovative solutions in the following areas:
Participation in the design challenge is open and free of cost for startups, technology companies, and healthcare innovators. The ScaleHealth platform will serve as the hosting ground for the challenge, facilitating engagement with industry experts and healthcare professionals. The assessment process evaluates solutions based on various criteria, including alignment with IEHP’s goals, market validation, business traction, and regulation compliance.
Innovators with the highest scores from the assessment process will have the opportunity to present their solutions in a final design showcase. This demonstration will be held in front of a panel of IEHP leadership, providing a chance for potential pilot projects and implementation in the healthcare ecosystem.
